d-LENOLATE® sparingly at first with meals as well as drinking plenty of water, this helps flush the toxins out of your system.

After a few days you should increase the number of capsules (two capsules, three times a day). In the event the toxic burden of dead microbes is more that your system can handle, you may experience flu-like symptoms, headache or possibly an out-break through the skin. This is known as the Herxheimer reaction (commonly called detox) and refers to symptoms generated by a detoxification process.
