Gordon G. Melcher, Chief Executive Officer and President, founded East Park Research, Inc. (EPR) in 1990.  Incorporated in 1995, EPR is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV.

For over 15 years EPR has manufactured and distributed a patented, special dietary food supplement, d-Lenolate^®. Obtained from olive leaf extract containing oleuropein, d-Lenolate® possesses broad biological properties. Early evidence suggests increased activity against numerous pathogens (virus, bacteria, yeast, fungus and spectrum antibiotic parasites). Anecdotal evidence also exists for d-Lenolate against amoebae, rabies virus, Rubella virus, Chlamydia and bacteria which cause botulism poisoning. According to initial clinical tests it is also effective against anthrax bacteria, the influenza virus, Candida, E.Coli and Herpes.

Scientific research was conducted before 1995, but it was not until EPR began investigating the benefits of d-Lenolate, that a clinical application of the natural olive leaf extract was developed.  It was at this time that EPR’s Olive Leaf Extract, which was named d-Lenolate, was born. d-Lenolate’s formulation is based on a patented extraction process of selected olive leaves that contain Oleuropein, the miracle element found in certain olive trees. The molecules (isomers) are delicate and the extraction process can destroy some of the effectiveness of olive leave extract. EPR believes the extraction process is the key.  EPR, Inc. continued to research the product, as additional benefits were identified.

Although d-Lenolate is the core sales product, EPR also manufactures and distributes a line of products that uses the d-Lenolate formulation as its key ingredient. Use of these products has generated a mass of anecdotal, testimonial evidence, all attesting to their effectiveness and safety .  It is important to note that d-Lenolate has been in used for over ten years by tens of thousands of customers without one reported instance of serious side effects or hospitalization.
