Shipping & Delivery

At East Park, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

The delivery option you choose
The weight, size and dimensions of your items
Your shipping preferences

You'll see your shipping cost listed on the "Place Order" page in Checkout before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.

It’s no problem to ship your order to more than one address. A separate order will be created for each shipping address you specify, and a per-shipment fee will be charges for each item. Simply select "Ship to Multiple Addresses" within the cart.

In order to provide our customers with the reliable, economical, quick and traceable delivery of purchased merchandise, the following policies have been established:

Unless otherwise requested, all merchandise will be sent via FedEx Ground.
Unless East Park Research has made an error in shipment, all refunds will not include shipping charges.

Refund Policy

East Park Research strives in every way to meet a 100% guarantee of our product. If for some reason Buyer is not satisfied with the product purchased, Buyer can return the product in its original condition within 90 days of receipt, to the following address: 2709 Horseshoe Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89120 Attn: RETURNS. In such event, Company shall provide Buyer a credit for product returned (less shipping and handling charges incurred).

Viewing Orders

You can view your orders by clicking "My Account" at the top of any page and sellecting "My Oders" from the menu.

Updating Account Information

By clicking “My Account” at the top of any page, you can review and manage all your EastPark information. All you need is your e-mail address and password, and you can access your shipping and billing addresses, order history and status, e-mail notifications, wish lists and more.
