I have used one capsule of d-Lenolate on a daily basis for at least (Ten) 10 years. It has prevented me from having at least 3 to 4 outbreaks of Herpes Simplex a year to less than one outbreak a year and when I feel that I may break out, I start taking 3 or 4 capsules a day and the blister never breaks out. It has also stopped a cold on more than one occasion. However, because I take one capsule daily, I only feel like I might be getting a cold less than one time a year, Then, I also start taking 3 or 4 capsules a day and the cold never develops. Sometimes, I take Flu Ban to stop a colds. I love this product. David D,. Decker Angwin, Calif.
